I live on 200 acres next to another 200 acre farm that is in the country...sort of.I'm zoned agriculture so can do anything any other farm does,have livestock,grow things,have as many tractors and equipment as I want,great deer hunting anyway I go when I leave the house,etc.But I'm 10 minutes from 2 Walmarts,2 Lowes,dozens of restaurants,a great little hardware store,good machine shop.JD,Kubota,NH dealers 20 minutes away.About any retail store you can think of and multiple grocery stores within 10 to 15 minute drive.Don't live in the city but have more access to things than people that do.
