When I was a kid in Lake Charles La, there was one summer that a load of older teenagers would go around a hit trash cans (metal back then) that was full of trash the night before trash pickup. A mess for the recipient. Had a old man had a fire plug on his neutral ground. Had two cans. One full and one empty. Cut a hole in the empty one and slipped it over the fire plug. Just so happens the hoodlums picked his house thinking theyd make a real good mess. Of course they sheared the fire plug and did a mess to the auto.
