The normal (in general) tractor specification for front tire toe in is 1/8 measured as follows. Jack up the front wheels (one art a time is OK). use a board with a nail protruding to mark the tires by putting the board stationary against the ground, and rotating the tire to make a mark in the tread near the center of the tread 360 degrees. The marks will be reference for the next step. move the tractor forward and stop making sure to allow zero backing up. measure from one mark to the other at the front of the tires, then at the back. The difference will be 2X the toe in. I find it difficult to believe the toein could cause the issue unless it was so far out thet it would be difficult to steer.
