I had forgotten, but I did make one for our 340u copying the one from our 300u way back in the '70s. I used 1/2 flat steel, I think. But it did work. This the correct top link hook up point for 3pt adapters. The rotating rockshaft top link point is ONLY for certain 300u SPECIFIC implements, such as the uf-20 plow or the uf-24 sickle mower.(I am not 100% sure on the mower#, but I am on the plow#!) I still own the 300u my Dad and Uncle bought when I was born, and have put maybe 4000 of the 7800hrs it has on it. Mark.
