that little tap on the tilt cylinder must be closed to use the rear remotes. should be one on the lift as well. Mine must have quit working at some point as someone had plumbed a ball valve in the line already when I bought mine.
You can leave the pump engaged all the time.
The 3 point has a lock in the up position that is mechanical and if it's locked and you push the leaver down you can bend some stuff if your pump is working 100%. unlike other 3 points the belarus just has a cylinder mounted on top of the trans that operates the 3 point. You can lift the back of the tractor off the ground with a 3 point blade on there. kind of nice to have that down pressure when making and straitening driveways.
