I suppose I need to clarify my question or maybe Im not sure of your reply.
The way I understand your reply, the cable needs to be connected to the governor. The foot throttle is connected there and working properly. The hand throttle is located in the correct position in front of the driver as well but not connected to the governor.. Its not connected to anything. Can it be connected as well as the foot throttle or is it an either/or situation. Do I have to choose a foot or hand option instead of both being functional. Thanks!
