My wifes aunt is trying to sell her late husbands County tractor. I talked with the her this weekend and she was telling me that she had gotten some insultingly low offers. County did not make a lot of tractors, which means it is rare. I know that rare does not necessarily mean valuable, but it is a tractor made out of a Ford, and there are Ford collectors out there. I told her to list on an online auction and make sure they do a good job advertising it. I do not think she is too keen on that idea. Incidentally, her and her late husband own the oldest farm continuously owned by one family in Iowa.
Anyone have any idea how to figure a good price on a County tractor?
