Put a little gas in the new cub and a good battery, spun over nice but didn't fire up. Pushed in in the barn for later. Took the NAA motor off the 641 rear. Swapped input shaft. New motor from Tracy Brown is on. Got manifold swapped off busted motor. Got front axle swapped. Radiator,gas tank , battery box back on. Old gauges off. All old wires off. Need another day to get it running. Got busted motor off the NAA. Didn't get it back together,yet. Who ever tried to do the swap was lost, should have come here for advice, but then I wouldn't have gotten a deal on a couple nice Fords!
