Like many things in life, experience plays a big role in how easy reconnecting any 3 pth equipment is , and the disc mower is no exception. I dont set my mower off on concrete, no real gain as I can see. Just firm level ground, so when you back the tractor up to reconnect, you are not fighting a unnecessary battle right off the start. Truly important feature it be mindful of when connecting a 3 pth disc mower is, after you have one of the owner hitch arms connected, hook up the remote line that will raise and lower the disc mower head. Adjusting the mower head will either raise or lower the other pin to the height of your yet to be connected lower hitch arm. And thats about all there is to it. Adjustable lower arm links that extend out, and fender mounted remote 3 pth control make the job a snap, but not a deal breaker if you dont have them. Practice speeds the process, if you can backup straight, your half way home, lol
