Remove the hydraulic dipstick and put a shot or two of compressed air in there. Crank the tractor without starting it, then start it and the hydraulics will work. My brother in law told me about this trick and also read it online. I changed the hydraulic fluid in my NAA and had to do this. Also had the screw out of the pump when i cranked it and I seen the fluid return, and put the screw back in.
