Last weekend I picked up these pigs, got 11 that are near 100 pounds right now.
Picked up 5 more steers too. These are recently weaned.
Spread some fertilizer on the oats last week. Got some rain after so things are really looking good now. Oats must be a foot tall now.
Also got the corn sprayed before the rain. That should help make it work good. I had 5 acres or so that was sod that had started to turn green with weeds already. Hope this takes it out or I'll have to hit it again. I have non-gmo so it gets expensive to spray and I don't like the potential for carryover from it.
Should be starting hay in a couple weeks. Got a fair amount of things to get ready by then. But weather is looking good for it.
