well not really attacking anyone , but my info is there and i have said what i was doing then comes this wierd thing thing about banging on the starter and pecker tracks on the case??? i guess that would mean some green horn knows nothing about a starter and in this case that would loosen the magnets also by banging on it. i know what broke these magnets... its when one or two come loose then stuck to the armature then when tryed to start it it wiped the rest off the housing. times i think posts dont get read properly. and this is a 2008 honda 420 i bought new and has like 1500 km. so i was disappointed that the starter should be shot. but it probably has more stop and starts then the usual ones burning around. plus it still has the original battery!
