Thanks John. I agree with everything you mentioned. Just was not sure of the coil resistance. It was easy to get to. The distributer requires more to get to and as old as it is Im afraid to even take the cap off without a replacement cap. The condenser is my first real suspect, then the points. Ill let you all know when i get it fixed..
