With both of you involved in the illness one major roadblock is absent. If the neighbors and county officials seem tolerant, that is another free pass. You seem able to continue on with life in a happy state of mind, so it is not crippling in the mental domain. there seems to be no justification in calling your CubFord rehab center anything but a regional service.
