I finally got the guage to work!!! I added extra ground wire to the sending unit and the guage and finally took the guage out of the dash and scraped the paint off around the edges of the hole and shined up the outside of the guage and put it back in. Turned on the key and the needle moved. Problem now is that it reads backwards. It has about 3/4 tank of gas and the guage reads 1/4 full. Thats okay, I cut a stick to carry in the toolbox.
