Just some general hydraulic brake system info, not specific to your tractor.
But when a brake system does what you describe, the reason is usually the master cylinder piston is not fully returning. If it does not fully return when released, the internal fluid vent is not opened, and as the brake fluid heats and expands, it begins to apply pressure to the wheel cylinder until the brake is dragging or locks completely.
This can be caused by either the pedal failing to fully return, the pedal linkage out of adjustment, or the cylinder itself is bad.
A bad cylinder can be caused by corrosion in the cylinder bore, OR the wrong fluid being introduced to the system. Incorrect fluid is a terrible thing, it swells the seals and contaminates the entire brake system, and is difficult to clean out and repair. I do not know what fluid your system uses, hopefully someone will know, or it will be in the owners manual, or on the reservoir lid.
