If someone wants to prioritize being in their own bed at night, that doesnt mean theyre the type thats looking to get out of work. I prefer being at home but I also despise an 8-4 workday, so I endure noisy hotels and bad coffee. I put up with a certain amount of abuse at my job because the pros outweigh the cons.
