Filling Tractor Tires To Make Them Heavier

I read something about filling your tractor tires with water and anti-freeze or other things and want to know if they were kidding or if you can really add 70 gallons to each wheel.
If it is on the level, how do you go about getting the material into the tire? Do you use a tube? Thanx for any info you can provide.
