Say you had a 4B-T with just a few hours on it. Then for some unknown reason the oil filter came loose while you were not there and the engine was just idling. Now the engine has run out of oil and the crank won't turn. What most likely happened to stop rotation of the engine? Pistons seized or would the rod bearings fail first? Or maybe the Mains? Guess I will find out. Will the turbo be OK since it was just idling? May just go to scrap! This is not MY engine.
