Cut a piece of at least 1/8 flat stock that will fit down the neck, but longer than the hole is round. Drill a hole in the center of the piece that will take at least a 5/16 bolt. Make the bolt hole bigger than the bolt so you can cock it sideways to fish the works into the radiator. Make a brace that will push off something solid, like the radiator tank edges or the support (if its in the tractor yet). Run your bolt up through a hole in the brace, washer and nut it and slowly pull the top back to where it belongs. If the solder does crack, slowly apply your propane torch to it and it will flow back to uncracked. If you try to pull up on just the top of the neck, you WILL crack the solder.
