yes it is dented in at the filler. i would put the cap on and make something like a plate with a u in it to slide under the cap and give it the slide hammer effect with the top plate to stop on some rig up, like a couple 2x4's screwed to the plate . or just flip it upside down and stand on the plate and pull up on the rad till its out. that stuff is not that tough. and if it was mounted on the tractor u could slide the plate under the cap and if you cant pull it up by hand weld an eye on the plate and use a chain hoist to carefully lift it.
