No problem. I do this every day to someone's shipment. They will write a bad review and blame it on the poor product, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Isn't everybody supposed to receive damaged goods from the shipper?

Darn these modern oils. Somebody put the wrong oil in it. Should have used the oil recommended in the specs from 1900 instead of that cheap stuff from TSC and Orscheln.
I think there is a problem with the hydraulic relief valve.
Bruce in Canada and Charles in Australia don't have these problems.
