Well, we all know that construction puts a lot of money into the bank accounts of many businesses and individuals and it goes right through the whole economy. The 2017 tax overhaul added 4 trillion to the deficit, and didn't do much for the economy because tax cuts never help an already expanding economy. 600 billion, however, did go into IRAs as corporations bought stock back. I am thankful for that little boost of course, but for the most part the lower middle and lower class has to pay a higher percentage of the budget, while the rich are the ones getting the boost. I think that a construction package is better for most of us.
