With a 730 in todays world,you most likely dont have a tremendose amount of ground.A 12 ft ft will serve you well. Yes you could probably pull a bigger. But it's not a contest to see who can pull the biggest disk.Easy pulling a 12 ft in 4th or fifth gear is a whole lot better than pulling the guts out of it in 2nd or third with a 14 ft or bigger.Then you have wheel slippage to deal with.Nobody said a word about that.Duals,fluid filled/weighted;dry... are all factors.You may have the 'ponies',but you may not have the traction.Also depends on how deep. to the spools,or letting the wheels carry it some.Go ahead and buy a 14 or 16 ft. But in the long run,12 ft will be best.
