Hi Chris, I am not as familiar with that frame-size 06 series Deutz, but I will give you what help I can.
1.) The hydraulics use universal trans-hydraulic fluid. It should have have completely separate reservoir for the hydraulic oil/fluid, as opposed to being shared with the transmission. The fill cap/dipstick should be under the seat closer to and accessed from the rear of the tractor. 2.) The original pump was a Bosch. I am not sure of the model. It would probably be worthwhile to get a new pump. From Deutz-Fahr, you can get the original pump but there are aftermarket (and much cheaper) options out there. A quick internet search should bring up some options for you. It looks like 6006 and 6206 use the same pump. 3.) I would say don't worry about the 3pt right now. Could just be low on oil. 4.) Capacity of hydraulics: Not sure. Likely somewhere between 5 and 10 gallons. Convert that as you need to. We buy hydraulic oil/fluid in 5 gallon buckets so I would buy 2.
The information on the serial tag (should be on frame above the front axle on the right side) should mention something about the model.
