The Trimble systems have always said waas is within 6 inches the next level omnistar is 2-4 inches but requires a subscription and rtk is within or less than a half inch pass to pass and year to year. RTK requires a base station within range of a radio. That can come in different forms,a subscription, or your own portable or permanent station. All of which are a substantial investment cost to upgrade from the basic waas signal. The biggest problem with a waas system is the satellite drift that happens during the day most systems have an offset feature that allows you to manually adjust the line to help with this. I'm going to assume outback is similar to Trimble since they are sold in the same market for the same purpose
