Did you replace the other side while it was apart? My dad broke a chain in an L Case once plowing and when they pulled is out of the furrow so the other plow rig could keep going, the broken chain busted out about a saucer size hole in the top of the housing which was fixed with the broken piece and Permetex Aviation cement.
