One of the very few things our health department got right was that they did not waste their time trying to figure out where I got it in December. Impossible to do and of zero value unless you are a "true believer" anyway.
I got an email from them that said my test was positive and that I should try to minimize outside contact for 5 days. I cut my shopping down to only Home Depot and Lowes (cut out Walmart for a week) but went on with nearly all my regular stuff.
