I have always been a fan of good preventive maintenance including a good flush and re fill the of cooling system as needed ...USING THE PROPER ANTI FREEZE.....In past days I ONLY used distilled water and nowadays I might buy the pre mixed 50 50. I have no scientific or worthwhile proof if it hurts or helps or even matters (anyone here have scientific proof??) but have been (subject to the vehicle/tractor) known to add so called anti rust or super cool or wetting agents or other radiator treatments which doesn't seem to hurt in my own personal experience and observation.
AS ALWAYS consult the manufacturer and/or experts for THIER advice in addition to what may be posted here mine sure included
