As old points out make sure that legal issues are discussed with an attorney, and write permission documents. I and other family members own a lake. We have a legal document that was reviewed and endorsed by our attorney. Each time an individual asks to use the lake (for what ever reason) the dates and times and number attending with names are recorded on that document and copied for records. We do not do that for family, just for friends and associates. They know the procedure, and it has removed our responsibility. We do not supply any equipment or boats or tree stands/blinds to eliminate all responsibility for those aspects. Jim
