In 07 GM was hurting. This truck was undesirable. It was only 2 wheel drive, a 6 cylinder , a long bed and sat on dealer lot for a long time. It was the exact truck I wanted.
I stole the truck $13,400 out the door taxes and dealer prep included.
Before I drove it home Z'Tech under coated, top coated with special wax, and bed liner. No signs of rust in the rust belt.
I'll never buy a new truck without having it undercoated.
In the late 60s I worked at a gas station that undercoated new cars for $19.95. I can tell you how many cars I did. We only sprayed the under side. Z tech did inside doors, rocker panels and places that trap dirt, salt and water. George
