My first car was a 1962 Plymouth Valiant with a 225 slant 6. Back then I didn't know points needed to be replace once in a while and they got so bad the only way it would start if if you spun it over in first gear with the clutch pedal up and the bump of the car would get it to start. The points got so bad there where no points just the arm and up right the points should have been on. Once I replaced the points it fired up real easy. LOL
