Running Jet Star 3 Minneapolis Moline-$1,750 Dain's horse drawn corn cutter-$1200-auctioner said this had the most phone calls Home Comfort wood cook stove-$700 Unrestored Oak ice box-$1,000-Wow They sold the farm in 2 tracts....Tract 1 was 164 acres with the buildings and tract 2 was 81 acres...They averaged $1617 per acre....They then combined them and they sold for $1725 per acre which locals said was about right..The buildings didnt amount to much..This is pasture and hay ground at the east edge of the Kansas Flint Hills..Its scenic country and I love to get off the beaten path to see it...In 2016 I drove the road by this farm while hunting old one room schools in Woodson County Kansas.
