I like to do both. But like you once I have determined I want it or am very interested I want a voice call. If I sell then I would rather explain the condition by voice call as well. I like text to send extra pics and such and also if you dicker on price it is in the text what the final agreement was. So it goes both ways. I have been on a call and agree on a price and 2 days later when they come I can't remember what we had agreed on. I sell puppies and not everybody pays the same as I put a price in the ad with OBO and some offer lower and some don't. So it goes both ways for me.
