Put a Reliance starter in the wifes Honda in September.
This past Monday the wife called from the end of the drive, "car dead, smells like burning plastic". Starter shorted out internally and killed the battery, DEAD. I had bought it through Amazon, called them and they sent a new one and a call tag for the old one. Hope the new one doesn't leave the wife stranded far from home or burn up the car. Are the Reliance starters good is a good question.
