My F250 was sitting out with the block heater plugged in (HA!). Tuesday morning the truck had at least 8 inches of snow all over the hood where it had drifted. I let the glow plugs go a little longer and it fired tight up. I drove down to check on the well then around the hood. Yesterday after not being plugged in it struggled to run smooth. It finally did. I've had it plugged in since I got back from checking the well again. I normally pour some Ctane booster/injector cleaner in with a fill up and was going to get some winter stuff but didn't. the glow plugs and injectors have less than 10,000 miles on them.
