Where I am near San Antonio Texas my elderly mom, and dad has had constant electric power, but very low water pressure. One of my brothers who lives only a mile away hasn't had electricity, or water since 10am yesterday morning. At my girlfriends farm 10 miles away she has good water pressure but the electricity is on for exactly 3 minutes, and off for exactly 30 minutes since 3pm yesterday. From 10am to 3pm yesterday at my girlfriends farm the power was off for 15 minutes, then on for 15 minutes.
