This is true!! We agree on this. Masks are only as effective as those using them allow them to be. Seatbelts don't work if you don't latch them properly either. But masks DO work when used correctly. So do seat belts.
I know this thread has wandered way off topic and for that I'm sorry. I never start threads about this stuff but when I see people spreading false information I feel compelled to attempt to inject some objective truth into the proceedings. Misinformation is so rampant about this stuff.
