First thing you better find out where all that oil is coming from. Rear seal leaking ? Looks like the pressure plate is junk as it looks like the hub is moving back and forth on those 3 rivets. Check it yourself as it�s hard to see in picture . Plus there is some cracks in it. As for the disc it would do for a while , but it�s too oil soaked. To tell the disc wear you look at the rivets. If they are ready to start rubbing the plate then it�s done. You must clean those friction surfaces up with brake clean then have a look at the flywheel to check it also. It needs a new pilot brg. And parts are not cheap nowadays.
