Well, of course not but the Keystone project has been pumping oil south for 10 years now, were you aware of that? There were four phases of it already working when this last one was put on the shelf. The current Keystone XL "expansion" was never signed, sealed and delivered for sure to start with. Yet our own provincial government (yes, right wing as the GOP) decided to gamble $1.5 Billion of taxpayer money on it moving along (because DT was going to be re-elected) and they stupidly put shovels in the ground, even bought the pipe to get it done. Keystone WL would have happened EASILY had the Don behaved himself and not been such an arrogant fool. He and he alone is responsible for what happened in November. The Dems simply sat back and watched the self destruction process.
