I would not wait in line to get a vaccine that has no guarantee you will be immune from anything. Well thats just my beliefs anyway. Anybody else can go for it. I'll be called unpatriotic, or able to think for myself, whichever I'm okay with either one. Remember if you get some weird side effect, you CAN NOT sue anybody as this was not approved by the FDA.
