The brake cylinders should have a casting number, A good old school auto supply, or a truck brake specialty shop, can identify and source them. Be sure to specify if the brakes use regular brake fluid, or are part of the hydraulic system and are applied with oil.
The ignition parts can be of several manufacturers, typically Delco, Prestolite, or Autolite, and a few others. They can be identified by the distributor number or matching pictures. Not a problem for someone knowledgeable in old ignition parts.
The brake band can be relined. Look for a truck brake shop, or look online for brake relining, or antique restoration brake parts.
