Firstly I am not familiar with the specific tractor you’re asking about. That said what I’m about to suggest may or may not work depending on how the drivetrain is laid out. It would probably only take one broken rear axle to make it not drive. The only things I can think of to diagnose this externally are as follows. 1 - if it has a differential lock try engaging it and then try moving the tractor. 2 - if it doesn’t, while the tractor is in gear and should be moving try pressing only one of the brake pedals and then the other. 3 - if neither of these work and the tractor has externally accessible brakes try removing the covers and see if anything moves. After that disassembly will probably be required. Good luck.
