We have always kept some things on hand for decades. Now we even keep more around. I filled on fuel as I saw that going up with the new socialism coming so filled up on fuel for the farm and gas also. Will have enough for this year. Would have to add a lot of capacity to go for more years. Not likely to do that. Most of the stores now days don't sell out of season things like canning lids or twine so if they have it in the back will not sell it at this time. Really sucks you can't buy some things off season. Then it all gets in short supply before you can get it or it is way over priced.
