I broke my right arm back when I was 12. Fell off of my bike. Till my arm heeled I walked 5 miles a day to deliver newspapers. That got the attention of the man who hired newspaper boys so I then was offered a job as a pressman's helper. I had to get a S.S. card before I could start work which I did. I started paying taxes and S.S. at the age of 12. I was sickly when I was young and when I joined the Navy I was 135 lbs. When I got out of boot camp I was 175lbs. Tonight for supper I had Biscuits and gravy along with a biscuit with butter and jalapeno jelly which was homemade. So I tend to eat healthy
