As a general contractor, I've built a lot of concrete tilt-up flex space buildings. Some of the buildings or parts of the buildings would not be rented or have a tenant improvement for a year or two. Unless some ventilation was provided the inside of the roof / insulation would be so wet from concrete curing that it would actually "rain" inside. We used to install roof vents for just that purpose. If occupied with doors opening and closing so some air movement you wouldn't notice it.
