I would take a guess at that and say not 100%. I have poured a lot of 10x16 slabs around the barn using a hand mixer. I fill a 55 gallon drum with water and set it next to the mixer and it is mostly empty when I am done. That is a lot of weight. But my belief is a lot of that precipitates out in the curing process. Still concrete seems to take up water to some extent. I think some of that weight has to still be there. Not very scientific, but I bet a slab weighs more than the dry ingredients.
