Man I hear ya. I'm only 67 and hard to get off floor. I have to crawl over to where I can grab on to something and pull myself up. And don't even get me started on climbing in and out of grain bin. Them roof holes are made for 120# man max and I tip the scales at 215 with a quarter tank of fuel. Besides crawling through the hole you have to turn around to descend down the inside ladder.
