I have an IH584 that caught fire and burn but not so bad as to burn up the tires but did burn up the dash and seat and a number of hoses and was hot enough to destroy the radiator. The former owner gave it to me and I drove it the same day as I hauled it home. It still doesn't have a dash and has just enough wires to make it start and run and the seat well it says Craftsman on it since it is off a riding mower. But it is also a diesel and the story was it got hit by lightning and caught fire
