I am assuming Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Home are the carriers most folk have problems with. Federal Express air delivery are a total different bunch. Never had a problem with those folk. Can't say that for the ground folk. I understand the Fed Ex Ground are all contracted carriers for what it is worth. Not even fair to compare them to UPS. Apples and oranges as they say. Our Fed Ex Ground folk here local do a fairly good job most of the time. Have alot of turnover with drivers some are better than others but none stay to long makes me think lots of pressure from above.
